1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Apparel: Eligible within 7 days if unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
  • Toys: Not eligible due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Sale items: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Process

  1. Email support@loomkins.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include order number, reason, and images (if relevant).
  3. Our team will review and arrange pickup if approved.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

All plush toys and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
